Clinical Nurse Manager - Outpatients
Kate Cowhig International Recruitment in partnership with its client are seeking an experienced clinical leader for the outpatient's services. This hospital is situated in the heart of London's world renowned medical district and is recognised as one of the best equipped multi-disciplinary private hospitals in the capital.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will have responsibility for the effective day to day clinical and administrative management of the departments and to be a resource for other staff.
General Responsibility:
· Staff recruitment and retention including performance management for clinical and administrative areas.
· Maintenance of high, up- to-date clinical standards.
· Liaising with Consultant users and their staff to facilitate a smooth service.
· Adherence to policies and procedures and Information Governance responsibilities.
· To participate in development of the business and services to support the Hospital development strategy.
· To ensure good financial practices.
Requirements:
· You should be a RGN with significant year's experience of managing departments with clinical and administrative staff.
· The experience should be varied preferably with some in the private sector. To be able to demonstrate financial understanding and be confident to work with a very multidisciplinary team.
