About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment of healthcare professionals based in Galway, Ireland. This role plays a key part in coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate compliance - up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for candidate attraction.

  • Strong compliance, high attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
