About the Role
This is an exciting management opportunity as Person in Charge for one of the group’s nurse led services in Co Sligo. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (NMBI registered) with at least 3 years management experience, preferably having worked with people with intellectual disabilities.
Purpose of the role is to provide the highest possible standards of support to service users. To ensure the service is in line with appropriate Government and Health Service Executive (HSE) Policy. Within that context the Manager will be expected to work autonomously and with initiative.
The Manager will act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with the Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.

Essential Criteria:
- A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Nursing
- Valid NMBI registration.
- A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care
- Level 6 Management qualification (achievement can be supported by the company)
- A proven track record of managing a service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
- Full current driving license with full eligibility to drive in Ireland, and access to a vehicle.
