Role Requirements
We'd love to hear from social care professionals who meet the following criteria:
Essential
- A Level 7 qualification or above in Social Care, Psychology, Nursing or a related health field
- CORU registration (or registration in process), or registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Social Care Workers: at least 12 months' experience in a mainstream residential or disability services role
- Team Leader and PIC roles: a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
- Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
Desired
- A full Irish driving licence
- A Level 6 management qualification (for leadership roles)
