Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment (KCR) is recruiting experienced Social Care Leaders for mainstream residential services in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to take the next step in their leadership career while supporting young people who have experienced trauma and are unable to live with their families.
Interviews taking place in July & August 2026.
Requirements:
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, or a related discipline
- CORU registration (or in progress)
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in mainstream residential services
- Level 6 qualification in People Management (desirable)
- 1–3 years' management or team leadership experience (desirable)
- Full Irish/EU driving licence desirable
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland
